Häagen-Dazs, a globally recognized ice cream brand, has consistently achieved remarkable results with its delivery and takeaway services at its Geneva store. Seeking to further enhance foot traffic and promote their new summer menu, they needed a strategic partner to assist in increasing customer presence at their physical location.

Häagen-Dazs, a globally recognized ice cream brand, has consistently achieved remarkable results with its delivery and takeaway services at its Geneva store. Seeking to further enhance foot traffic and promote their new summer menu, they needed a strategic partner to assist in increasing customer presence at their physical location.

Despite its central location in the city, the shop is situated on a street that runs perpendicular to the main flow of potential customers, resulting in a reduced foot traffic;
There are at least 4 direct competitors located nearby the Häagen-Dazs store;
Although Häagen-Dazs is a well-known brand, many local customers were not fully aware of the diverse range of products available at their physical store.

Solution
We created a video campaign consisting of two components: a 30-second and a 13-second video promotion. Our work included producing a video script and managing the cast during the filming process.
Right from the start of the video, we emphasized the brand’s name and address, on top of incorporating a popup animation effect. All these elements were purposefully designed to capture viewers` attention and to make it easy for them to remember the store location. Finally, we have also encouraged potential customers to enjoy a special offer by visiting their physical store.
To display the variety of food options available at the store, we not only featured their ice cream but also highlighted other enticing products in the video. We also integrated these images to their logo, creating a fun and entertaining transition.

RESULTS
RESULTS
The promotional video was featured 55 times during the screening of trailers at the Allianz Cinema Geneva film festival, a well-known annual event held during the summer months in Swiss cities like Zurich, Geneva and Basel.
Each screening attracted an audience of approximately 300 people per night, resulting in an estimated total of 16,500 spectators.
